1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MaximOK, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account.

3. Payments & Credits

We offer subscription and credit-based access. Credits represent prepaid usage for computational services and have no cash value. Once purchased, credits are non-transferable.

All purchases are final.

Due to the immediate allocation of GPU and computing resources, we do not offer refunds for used credits, partially used subscriptions, or completed generations.

4. Strict No-Refund Policy

Except where required by mandatory law, all payments are non-refundable. Dissatisfaction with outputs, accidental purchases, unused credits, or failure to cancel a subscription do not qualify for refunds.

Users agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting support. Fraudulent disputes may result in permanent account suspension and legal action.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform for unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain rights to content you generate, subject to compliance with these Terms. We retain all rights to the platform, models, and underlying technology.

7. Service Availability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific output quality.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 30 days. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violation of these Terms or suspected abuse of payment systems.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria.
